Return Policy
At Jetelier, we strive to inspect each item before packaging them. However, if you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item, we are pleased to offer you a refund. In such cases, please contact us at jetelierjewel@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the defective/incorrect item, and a description for the return. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to the same email address with the order details and item description. Kindly allow us 1-2 business days to respond.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and return costs. The item(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Refund
Upon receiving and examining your item, we will notify you and take the necessary steps. The approval of your return may depend on our inspection. Once approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the refund.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wear and tear situations; they are only applicable for defective or incorrect item(s) received. Additionally, sale prices are final and non-refundable.
Late Refund
If you haven't received your refund within a couple of days, we recommend contacting your bank first. Refunds may take some time to be processed by your bank. If there are still no updates, please contact us at jetelierjewel@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
